MASTER LEASE AGREEMENT
Our master lease agreements involve us becoming your long term tenant. This would involve us guaranteeing your rent regardless of the occupancy in the property for duration of our contract. We would take control of the property’s furnishing, marketing and maintenance to adapt it best for our tenants.
The Master Lease Agreement includes:
Market study and asset valuation
Legal consultancy
Property Management service
Guaranteed rent during the years agreed

In this format we would work as a team in order to ensure max profitability for your property, this will include looking for the best model outside the traditional lease.
